Dear Users,
This is how you have to proceed for booking the ads. Click the “Advertisement
Booking” in the home page. Terms and Condition page will open. Read
the Terms and Conditions for how to book an Ad carefully. Click on “I
Agree” in the Terms and Conditions Page. Guideline page will be on
your Screen. Read the Guidelines. Click on “I Agree” in the
Guidelines Page. On the next page, please fill your Personal details carefully.
Compulsory items are marked with “Red Asterisks”. One need
not provide both a landline number and a mobile phone number, any one will
do. After you have filled the page completely, click on the “Submit” button.
On the next page, select the Appropriate Category and then the Appropriate
Column and Click “Submit”. Choose the date you want the ad
to be published. Date of publication should be at least three days after
the date on which you are booking the ad. Click on the calendar to pick
the date of insertion, re-click to cancel it from the list. You can choose
multiple date of insertion also. After you have selected the date, click “Submit”.
In the very next screen, you have to mention how the ad placed by you should
look. You can give Borders/ Screens/Bullets. Clicking on the boxes will
turn options ON or OFF. If you want some heading for the ad, you have to
mention it in the place allocated for heading. Similarly, write the matter
you want us to print in the allocated space. Please check it carefully
before you proceed. Please do not mention details about box number in the
ad matter. After you are done, click “Submit”. On the next
page, check the box, if you want a box based response. If you want to collect
the order from our Head Office, then you need not fill out the rest of
the form. If you choose the option “Courier” then fill out
the form that accompanies. Click “Next”. If you don’t
want a box based response, ignore the form and click “Next”.
The Next screen will show you the details of the ad booked by you along
with the complete charges. Again check the Category/Sub Category/Publication
date/Special Feature of the ad. If you are satisfied, Click “Process”.
This screen gives you the last chance to check for any mistakes in the
ad. So please check every details before you proceed to the next page very
carefully. Please note down the Advertisement Order Number allocated to
you, which will be needed for any further communication with our Organization.
When you are through with the details, Click on “Pay Now” button.
Once you click on “Pay Now”, You will not be allowed to make
any changes. Till here if you want to go to any previous page, click on
the “Previous” button. After you click on “Pay Now”,
You will go to the payment gateway site, where you can make the payment
by using “Credit Card” or “Net Banking” only.
NOTE: ADVERTISEMENT BOOKED ONLINE CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR AMENDED UNDER
ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED IF PAYMENT IS NOT REALISED
BEFORE PUBLICATION DATE.
