Genshin Impact Account is one of the many social media platforms that has taken over the internet in recent years. It’s primarily aimed towards teens and tweens, but can be used by pretty much anyone under 25. The platform is primarily based on surveys, which are given each time you watch a video or view a website. There are currently three main options for these surveys: giving stickers to other members, adding your username to unlimited posts, or paying Genshin Impact with real money. The three options are often referred to as “stamp collection”, “heart collection” and “pay me”.
This is where Genshin Impact has begun to go downhill. The first red flag is the fact that the surveys are limited each day. After you’ve completed all of them, you can’t do any more until midnight of the next day. However, there’s a big loophole for this: As long as you log into Genshin Impact once every five days, you can continue to complete your stamps and hearts even after finishing your daily allotment.
This creates an environment where users feel pressured into spending money to buy stamps or hearts in order to keep participating in activities they would otherwise never pay any attention to.
The next red flag is the “heart collection” option. This allows you to watch videos or view websites, just like stamp collection, except you don’t get any stamps. The only reward for this is hearts, which are used solely to earn the big payout at the end of each month. Think of it as an investment – you can’t withdraw anything except for hearts, but if you collect enough of them, your payout at the end of a month will be very worthwhile. You can even exchange your hearts for stamps if you want!
This option has been described as a pyramid scheme by many of its users. Even though it looks completely harmless from the outside, there are some pretty shady things going on behind the scenes here.
First of all, it’s very difficult to get hearts. If you want to raise your payout enough for a month, you have to collect at least 1000 hearts just to have a shot at reaching the top 0.05% of income earners. The problem is that once you reach this number, there’s no incentive for you to keep collecting hearts – there’s no longer any way for you to receive a payout! Even though the cash prizes are tallied at the end of each month, it can take up to 2 years before anyone ever sees them!
The other thing is that there are only 10 seats available in the top 0.05% payout group. You don’t know when you’re in it, and you probably won’t ever know until the payout day comes. If someone in your group quits and takes one of your spots, there’s no way for you to get in! All of the top earners have already earned their money once, and they’re never going to give it back to you – they’ve already got more than enough money saved up from previous months’ payouts. This is a huge red flag for anyone with an ounce of common sense – there’s no way any nice people would do something like this!
